Our Teams of Mental Health workers have a strong understanding of mental health issues and the impact they can have on individuals and their family units.
By working with one individual at a time, we are able to support people to gain the tools to connect with others, build on life skills and develop strategies for improved mental health and start their own recovery journey. By using reflective practices and critical thinking, we are able to encourage people to hold hope, have curiosity, be more self aware and take responsibility for directing their own lives.
- People experiencing issues with Mental Health.
