Lakeview Day Respite Centre

Individually-Funded Packages- Community Access (In Home)
Department of Communities Disability Services funded, this is a program for people over 18 years of age with Individual Lifestyle Packages being cared for in their own homes or whilst they still live with their parents.
 
Weekend Away
FSGA funded (overnight) and HACC funded (day), this project provides respite for the family/carer and fun for the participant.
 
Senior Social
HACC funded, this program provides a night out for people over 18 years of age - Community Inclusion Program.
 
Yandelora
Set on acreage at Gilston and funded by FSG Australia, Yandelora offers  a range of recreational, social and educational opportunities to FSGA clients, including overnight respite options in a home-like environment for adults receiving Older Parent Carer support, FSGA Clubs, specialised events, training activities, camping and community gardens.

The Deck, a community cafe providing a fully accessible meeting place to catch up with friends, savour a light menu, enjoy live music, entertainment and specialised functions.  Also works closely with STEP to provide voluntary placements and work experience.

Community Linking Officer- Beenleigh
Department of Communities Disability Services funded, this position provides assistance and support to people with a disability and/or their family members to identify their interests, skills and aspirations; create a vision for their future; and access formal and informal supports that assist them to achieve their goals.
 
Yo! Beau – Beaudesert
Funded by the Department of Health and Ageing, this provides social and recreational activities and respite for school age children with a disability and their families living in the Beaudesert region.
 
YBYC- Beaudesert
FSGA funded, this project provides young people with a disability who are aged 14 years of age and over with opportunities to meet socially with their peers, and together attend community events or participate in activities based on their individual and the group’s interests, skills and abilities.
 
Lifelong Planning Support Officer Program – Beaudesert Region
The Lifelong Planning Support Officer program is an initiative funded by Department of Communities - Disability Services. It is an information, referral and community development program developed to assist people with a disability (up to 65 years) and their families and carers. This program offers assistance to community members during the transitional points in their lives with information and resources and help engaging in the community.

COMMONWEALTH RESPITE & CARELINK CENTRE SOUTH BRISBANE
Funded by the Department of Health and Ageing, the CR&CC Respite and Information Service provides assistance to people in the community wishing to access information, respite, and/or assistance to access community services.  The respite service offers carers of people with a disability; people with mental illness; or people who are frail with age and/or have dementia, assistance to access short-term respite in their home or community including at an overnight respite cottage or aged care facility.  Assistance can also be provided to meet the associated costs of these services.
